The unit was well-appointed.
I stayed in the room that was been improved bandaid style which just insults traveller's intelligence and available with showers fully booked all afternoon. The excellent location was a few steps away from Willie Creek Pearl Farm. It also was close to transport.

The room was very affordable, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom had a shower, hair dryers, and a spa bathtub. The hotel's location was convenient as it was near the bistro for dinner and the beach restaurant.

Clean pool, good pasta, well-equipped gym, free yoga class. Spacious bungalow. Fully booked until October, must be popular. Lovely gardens, nice ocean pool, helpful staff. Great breakfast, could have more variety. Fantastic location, near Cable Beach and town bus service.

Lovely grounds and quiteness
Silly system for pool side rooms if outside and door closes and no key--- have to get reception to let you in---if you have a key and door closes you have to walk all the way around to get access to room----breakfast poor for price

It's proximity to the beach and sunsets. The ocean pool and our room going straight out to the pool area which was child free. Loved the bar for poolside drinks and snacks.
Couldn't get a late check out.

The room I stayed in was spacious and newly furnished. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Zensai, the on-site restaurant. The pool is fantastic, and I enjoyed complimentary drinks at the poolside bar. The staff at the resort were extremely accommodating and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful and relaxing area with everything for a barbecue. The service was exceptional, with prompt room service and friendly housekeeping staff. The hotel also offered convenient services such as airport shuttle and laundry facilities. I was impressed by the well-maintained outdoor swimming pool and the beach access. The spa and wellness center was a great place to unwind and indulge in body scrubs and massages. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi in public areas, which was a bonus.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The fact that I left a message with my booking stating that the reason for our stay was because it was my girlfriends birthday and not one staff member wished her a happy birthday, after that I won't be visiting again im afraid.

Great location; close to the beach and camel rides etc. Beautiful gardens/pools setting. Excellent quality of toiletries, tea and coffee and other accoutrements in the room.
Just getting a tiny bit run-down compared with our previous 2 visits; still terrible signage around the complex; food was adequate but on the expensive side and not as good value as Matso's restaurant in the town; too many stairs and generally poor access to rooms.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
